First look at Battlefield 3 on console
Late Night with Jimmy Fallon is tapping the gaming community yet again by showing us an exclusive demo of Battlefield 3 running on the PS3. This is the first time they showed Battlefield 3 running on a console and the difference is very minimal. The gameplay shown is nothing new, it's actually the start of the fault line trailer shown back when it was officially announced.

PC faultline gameplay trailer

I looked back at the PC version to do some comparisons, and The difference is very small. Shadows in the PC version seems to be more realistic while the PS3 version looked too sharp. The building where the first RPG was fired was also changed in the PS3 version. The changes might be from a new build of the game, we don't know. But from what I'm seeing, the game will look amazing in each platform.
Jimmy Fallon bringing games to his show are awesome and all, but it's obvious he doesn't know a thing or two on how to play. I still remember that silly performance from Fallon when they revealed Uncharted 3's gameplay in his show. He even said he loved the second but from how he played, he obviously never touched Uncharted 2 or even 1 i bet. If he was an actual gamer it would have been cool but hey, at least the games are getting some air time.
Battlefield will be out on October 25, 2011 on PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

Sony will 'consider' support for UMD games on the PS Vita
With the PSP's massive library of games and with it's successor, the PS Vita, coming out in the holiday of 2011. People are wondering if the Vita will be able to play older PSP games.
From Destructoid:
I've talked before about how I hope all my lovely UMD-based PSP games will somehow work on the PlayStation Vita. Sony has not said much about how they would offer up support since the product announcement, but a new blurb in a PlayStation Vita FAQ gives me hope.
Q: I have UMD games but do I need to buy them again from PlayStation Store to play the same game on PS Vita?
A: We will consider every possibility for support on bought UMD games but we have nothing to comment at this point in time.
That's far from confirmation, but it does at least sound positive. The FAQ also states that they have no plans to bring any kind of UMD reader out for the device. Sony says that they'll continue the push to get UMD games released on their new game medium. Stay tuned and keep your fingers crossed.
Peronsally, I think Sony is evil enough to not support UMD games on the Vita and just ask us to re-buy the games in digital form just because they can. But I do hope that they atleast provide some form of software to be able to transfer your PSP UMD games over to the Vita. If the PSPGo had such software, it woulda sold like hotcakes in my opinion.
Ocarina of Time 3D - Robin Williams Commercial
I never knew this. Apparently Robin Williams is a huge legend of Zelda fan. He loved the series so much that he actually named his daughter Zelda. Zelda Rae Williams. That's actually pretty awesome. Don't believe me? well look it up, or just watch the new commercial they made for the upcoming 3DS game Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.

Pretty cool commercial if you ask me. What a way to promote the new 3DS game, nice one Nintendo. But question, would you also name your child after a video game character?
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will be out on June 17, 2011 for the UK, and June 19 for the US on the 3DS.
