Halloween Special (2012) - Silent Hill 3
We don't really celebrate halloween here in the Philippines but we do know that it's the perfect time to watch scary movies and a perfect excuse to play some scary video games.
Me and my cousin started a game of Silent Hill 3 last year and never really got back to it. We streamed it but with a 0.7mb upload speed then you'd know how a very dark video game would look on stream. Now I've gone the direction of local recording to provide better video quality with what I have.
So here you go, three hours of Silent Hill 3 on the PlayStaion 2. Happy halloween, guys. Forgive the hissing noise, it's from my electric fan.

For people planning to grab a copy of WWE 13, Datablitz mentioned that early buyers will get free DLC codes, here are the codes you will be getting if you turn out to be the first few buyers:
• Unlock code for "Iron" Mike Tyson • CM Punk Alternate Attire, the Ice Cream Bar T-Shirt
I suggest you give a call to your preferred branch since some branches don't get their copies together with the rest. I've experienced being told that a game is out on all branches, but when I got to the store they told me their copies have not arrived. So to avoid wasting a trip, make sure by calling.
What are you planning to get? I'm saving Assassin's Creed 3 for a gloomy day since XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Guild Wars 2 is still grabbing most of my free time.
Black Ops 2 live action trailer packs a lot of surprises
Activision releases yet another live action trailer for Black Ops 2 with the whole "There's a soldier in all of us" tagline. Just like past live action trailers for a Call of Duty game, you see famous faces. The ones worth mentioning? Mr. Ironman himself, and one famous Youtuber that just loves to shoot guns, FPS Russia. Check the trailer below.
Better than the previous live action trailers? Yes, but I was surprised to see FPS Russia, which by the way if you like to see real guns in action, you should definitely check his channel out.
Call of Duty Black Ops 2 hits shelves on November 13 on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
Hitman Absolution - Cinema Trailer
Can't wait for the long-awaited return of Agent 47? IO Interactive just released a new trailer for Hitman Absolution reminding you of its release in a few weeks. Check out the cinematic trailer below.
A few weeks ago it was Dishonored, tomorrow Assassin's Creed 3 gets released, in November, Hitman Absolution. Quite a lot of triple A titles with stealth mechanics in a span of a couple of weeks. At this point, your wallets must be feeling the hurt.
Get ready for Hitman Absolution when it hits on November 20 on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
G4 pulls the plug on X-Play and Attack of the Show, will last until the end of the year
It's an end of an era. G4's longest running shows has been cancelled and will only run until the end of the month. During the last few months, both shows will be airing memorable moments that will eventually lead to the shows farewell episodes.
A few months ago long time hosts Kevin Pereira for Attack of the Show! and Adam Sessler for X-Play left G4, so with that alone, this was no surprise at all. With them out of the picture, it's really hard to picture any form of success for the two shows. But there's a bigger picture.
It was reported by Joystiq that the editorial staff of G4's The Feed has been laid off. So a lot of people at G4 are losing their jobs right now and we hope for the best for them.
It was a long run for both shows. Attack of the Show! was first aired in 2005, and brought pretty hilarious moments every now and then. X-Play,will surely be missed. Even when it was still called Extended Play, it was my go-to place for gaming news and reviews for the longest time when I was young.
This definitely does not look good for G4 as a network. Last time I checked, X-Play and Attack of the Show! is pretty much the G4 network.
You can check out G4's official statement here.
