Playstation All-Stars DLC characters Emmett Graves and Kat dated

 

Sony just released gameplay trailers for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale's first two DLC characters: Emmett Graves from Starhawk, and Kat from Gravity Rush. Not only does the trailer give players an idea on how these characters play, they also announced when we can start downloading the characters for free, because we only have two weeks to do so.

On February 12, the two DLC characters will be available for free on PSN only until February 26. If you have the game,  or you plan on getting it, I suggest you mark your calendars so you won't miss the free download window. No details was given yet on how much each character will cost when the time is up.

Persona 4 Arena Replays

I'll start posting some replays of my Persona 4 Arena matches when I'm playing but not recording. The P4A online match videos will still be happening but this just a little something that I will post from time to time.

Be warned. A lot of the replays that I upload will probably end up with me landing an instant kill. Mostly with Kanji.

Recent Buys: Episode 18 - Pre-Ordered DmC

From the title, you obviously know what the meat and bones of this post is. I pre-ordered DmC: Devil May Cry from Datablitz. As simple as that may sound, there is a little story and reasoning behind it.

Here are the bonuses that come with DmC: Devil May Cry if you chose to pre-order it at Datablitz:

So I pre-ordered DmC at Datablitz. But, I pre-ordered the game on the last day of the pre-order which was 1/15/2013, a day before the shipment of DmC arrives. I wasn't really impressed with what the pre-order had to offer. Three forgettable DLCs, a thin white shirt with a nastily done print, a phone case for a phone that I don't even have, and a poster with the words "while supplies last" on the Datablitz Facebook post.

I do enjoy videogame posters so that motivated me to get the game on release. As for the phone case, I picked the Samsung Galaxy S3 case because I thought it had the best design out of all of them, plus it's also a phone that I secretly desire. But I don't own the said phone, I might sell it. Any buyers? The DLC, I redeemed it but I don't think I'll use them.

Here's the final product for this Recent Buys post, I got a crystal case for my PSP-3000. Just a little thing that I found in Japan Home Centre. It doesn't fit perfectly with the PSP but it does it's job. It also has a little stand behind the disc tray cover so that's cool.

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel Overkill trailer

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel gets a new trailer that goes all out with explosions, destruction, and more explosions. 

Devil's Cartel is equipped with Battlefield 3's Frostbite 2 engine. Just wanted to throw that out since that was a lot of destruction shown in less than 2 minutes.

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel comes out on March 26, for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

Aliens: Colonial Marines has gone gold

Gearbox Software just announced that Aliens: Colonial Marines have finally gone gold for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. This will be the first Aliens game placed on the same timeline as the movies.

Nothing can stop it now. Gearbox has approved the final build and is now being manufactured. Colonial Marines was first announced in 2008, so this game has been in development for years. Thanks to the constant delays with SEGA and Gearbox Software, this is one game that was highly considered cancelled.

One feature that got me excited for this game is that there will be no HUD (Heads Up Display). No minimap, no ammo indicator, just your gun and the iconic motion sensor. I'm really hoping this game comes out great, we need a decent Aliens game out in the wild.

Aliens: Colonial Marines comes out worldwide on February 12, for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
