Far Cry 6 Leaks In PSN, Ubisoft Teases Game Before Full Reveal At Ubisoft Forward
There were talks about Far Cry 6 being a real thing and that it will be announced at Ubisoft’s first-ever livestream showcase called Ubisoft Forward. And that looks to be case as recent leaks via the PSN store unofficially confirms it with Ubisoft tweeting a teaser featuring the main villain.

The tweet from Ubisoft came after many noticed Far Cry 6 assets were visible in the Hong Kong PSN Store, presumably preparing for the big reveal at the Ubisoft Forward showcase happening on July 12. The leak shows Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito as the big baddie in the next game and provided a lot of information, even a release date.
Based on the leaks, you are going to play as Dani Rojas, fighting a guerrilla war against Anton Castillo (Esposito) who is described as a “ruthless dictator” and is accompanied by his son Diego who he intends will follow on his footsteps. The world of Far Cry 6 is set in a fictional country of Yara and is said to be Far Cry’s biggest world yet.
Also, the PS5 version comes as a free upgrade, so you'll only need to buy the game once anyway. pic.twitter.com/x0RYkbPj0M

Far Cry 6 will be available on the PS4 and those that purchase the PS4 version will be given a free upgrade to the PS5 when it becomes available. No word for Xbox One and Xbox Series X just yet. Far Cry 6 will be out on February 18, 2021.
It’s happening and hopefully we find more about the game during Ubisoft Forward.
