Marvel Duel Announced, Closed Beta Test Goes Live On March 19
Surprise! NetEase, (Marvel Super War) in partnership with Marvel Entertainment, just announced Marvel Duel, a strategy card game and the game’s first closed beta starts on March 19, 2020 and will run until March 26, 2020.
Details are a bit scarce and we’ll see more on how it plays when the beta goes live but based on the press release provided, the game will feature over 150 characters from the Marvel universe. And just like other card strategy games, players can customize their own unique deck based on various Marvel heroes that fit your preferred play style.
The system in Marvel Duel seem to have depth as you can expect different strategies to tackle certain scenarios in the game. One example given was that players can apply different Iron man suits to effectively handle the situation at hand.
The closed beta will be available starting March 19 to March 26, 2020 and will only be available to players in Thailand and Philippines.
More details on how it works will come to light once the closed beta goes live and those eager to try it out can opt to register and download on both Android and iOS through Marvel Duel’s official website.
