They are Billions out now on PS4 and Xbox One, no story campaign for now
Numantian Games’ real-time strategy survival game They are Billions is now available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One but currently does not feature the game’s story campaign.
It will probably be added in by BlitWorks, the studio responsible for the console port of the game. But right now, you’ll have to settle for Survival Mode, which is the game mode that lets various parameters such as difficulty and how long your playthrough will last.
Which is more than enough to get you hooked as it’s a fantastic RTS game that really tests you. A single crack in your defense is all that it takes to take your whole colony come crashing down. There’s a lot of trial and error involved in this game as you slowly learn the different buildings and upgrades available to make your colony last until the final day of your playthrough.
Priced at $24.99, the console version of They are Billions still features the same game that was available when it left Steam’s Early Access program back in June of 2019. All that is missing is the New Empire campaign, which consists of 48 story missions and was part of the PC version’s 1.0 patch.
A weekly challenge is available to those adept in the ways of They are Billions and is one of the few games on the PS4 and Xbox One that has mouse and keyboard support.
Until Dawn 2 was revealed at Sony's June 2026 State of Play. Developed by Firesprite, the PS5 sequel follows a new cast of ghost hunters on a tropical island, launching in 2027.
