You Can Now Explore Planets With A Mech In No Man's Sky
No Man’s Sky just got updated with the Exo Mech update, which gives players the option to explore the universe with your very own controllable mechanical walker.
The mechanical mech available is called The Minotaur that’s capable of collecting valuable minerals while keeping the player safe from hazardous terrain as it’s immune to all. The mech also comes with an immersive cockpit view to satisfy players that have access to VR tech.
The Minotaur isn’t the only addition to No Man’s Sky. In addition to the various changes applied by the 2.4 update, the Exocraft gets an upgrade as players can now build solar panels to recharge through daylight. You can now also improve the machine’s scanning ability.
Players with their very own freighter can craft an Orbital Exocraft Materialiser, which allows players to summon their Exocraft as long as their freighter is on the current star system as you are.
Graphics and quality of life improvements were also implemented, as well as Exocraft decals, an Electrical Cloaking Unit that players can craft, and more.
