Released in 2013 Marvel Heroes was a free-to-play game that functioned as a kind of "Marvel Diablo," and sold playable characters like Spider-Man and the Avengers. Trouble was apparent when weekly community notes regarding game updates stopped coming.

That's just about as many titles that were released in the ten year span between Steam's launch in 2005 and 2015. It's also more than the 4,207 games that were released in 2016.

Plains of Eidolon marks the 22nd update to Warframe, giving the five year old title a much needed breath of fresh air.

The first content season begins December 5 and won't just have multiplayer adds -- such as playable Finn and Phasma -- but a continuation of the campaign with new chapters. Here're the deets, straight from the site:
