Ghost Recon Breakpoint is an open-world tactical shooter that feels great when the bullets start flying, but slowly loses its identity the moment you're caught in this endless gameplay circuit of looting gear to “improve” your character. 

Imagine a combat-driven game with no progression or loot. All you have is your sword, your wits, and a mysterious device that conveniently creates copies of you if and when you die. This is the world of Driven Out, a 2D side-scrolling indie action game that falls under the category of "git gud".

Just like Che’s moral qualms in MyCareer (hah!), you’ll find that NBA2K0 is worth your money if you focus on the game itself and not on the superficial things you can buy with your VC in MyCareer or in MyTeam. Because even as its aging graphics engine speaks to a need for a shake-up, NBA 2K20 is still undeniably the best you can get when it comes to basketball sims.

Risks were not taken here, and with good reason - their formula works, as they've crafted an addicting looter shooter worthy of your time. There are countless issues that made me roll my eyes, but they did not outweigh the gameplay, which is something I plan to engage in every now and then, but probably on mute or while watching a movie. 

If you like a good and clever puzzle game, then Catherine: Full Body is something you can’t miss. It’s a game that’s soothing and sweet the first time you take it in, but ends up packing quite a good punch, even after you think you’ve got it figured out.

The latest update for MU Origin 2 is packed with content that adds the Magic Gladiator and more will keep you busy until the next update rolls out. Two new Philippine servers were released recently — Palawan and Batangas — and is a great option for new Filipino players looking for a more familiar community.

The gameplay was familiar, but without a good story, not to mention characters whom you care about enough to want to protect from horrific deaths, The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan isn’t a game I would mark a must-have now that we are in the 'Ber' months of the year.

Dear reader, it is my duty to inform you that while Team Sonic Racing does not top Transformed in terms of track selection, represented franchises, or the polish of its physics and challenges, it does introduce a lot of interesting and unique ideas to the kart racing sub-genre and delivers a thrilling set of challenges and often-refreshing mechanics that make for synergistic co-op play.

it’s a bit difficult to whole-heartedly recommend this digital iteration of Catan for the Nintendo Switch. I surely enjoyed my time playing through the unique challenges of the campaign and facing off against unfair bots, but then again, I am a battle-hardened fan of the series seeking to constantly improve my game.

They are Billions is an RTS (real-time strategy) game that lets you build your community and live off the land… until a horde of undead attacks your (hopefully) well-equipped society. I played the PS4 version of They are Billions and loved what the folks at Numantian Games created, but feel the console version is not the best way to properly appreciate this zombie apocalypse.
